One brand, in particular, is an online community that serves entrepreneurial women by providing holistic support services.

 

The Opportunity:

Working remotely with a vibrant, nimble team, the successful candidate will be expected to provide a personal onboarding experience with our members, support our Community Manager and supervise and advise on group programming.

Candidates must have some training or experience in mental health or wellness fields. Students with a minimum of 3 years of post-secondary education in a related field are welcome to apply. This is a flexible, remote position.

What you’ll do:

  • Review intake forms as well as recommendations.

  • Set appointments and virtually meet with our members. 

  • Communicate results and recommendations to our clients in a one-on-one session. 

  • Provide support to our Community Manager in cases where an experienced wellness provider is called for. 

  • Review programming to ensure group sessions are a safe space for our members.

Who you are:

  • Have experience or training in mental health.

  • Are able to confidently provide context for assessment and intake results and provide recommendations based on our unique algorithm. 

  • Fluency in digital platforms like zoom, social media, and ideally, Slack. 

  • Ability to provide a warm, caring, and supportive atmosphere for our clients.
